Was a bit worried about this wedding because from the beginning of the week till wedding day it was suppose to be 100% thunderstorms for the whole day as it did look like it when heading to the wedding. Daniel & Jennifer’s wedding was held at The Wilshire Grand Hotel in West Orange, NJ where they had their entire day set up there.
The rain gods held out a bit for us and I’m extremely happy at the fact that Dan and Jen were able to have their wedding outdoors. I love all my clients but Jennifer amazingly to my eyes was extremely calm and did not freak out that there was a chance of rain. Which made me admire her much more as well as their family. I think I worried more about the rain than her.. hahaha.
We had to move extremely quick to get formals and private session done for them and the ceremony preceded after which went smoothly but not rushed.
As soon as Dan & Jen finished their vows and walked in which I caught a photo of them walking in, it started to rain extremely hard, just in time for the cocktail hour, and the introductions… The entire night went smoothly and am lucky to work with easy going people.
